Alpman
Our co-founder and managing partner, Gökhan Alpman, has more than 20 years of experience in professional services on a variety of areas including external and internal audit, company valuations, initial public offerings, due diligence, risk management and business strategy. He held various leadership positions including CEO and Business Leader of one of the big four professional services companies in Turkey. As an innovative and result driven leader focused on achieving exceptional results in highly competitive environments, he has extensive experience in several industries, working with the shareholders, board of directors and audit committees of the leading organizations. He is also experienced in doing business in EU, CIS, Middle East and Balkans regions.
He holds a B.Sc. in Economics, a Master’s degree on Capital Markets and Stock Exchange and is currently finalizing his Ph.D. on Strategy and Management.
He is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States of America (CPA), Accredited Senior Appraiser of American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Turkish Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
He has been awarded “M&A Governance 2016: Leaders in the field” recognition by “Who is Who Legal” (WWL) publication.
Mohamed Falah J.J. Al-Thani
Our co-founder and board member, Mohamed Falah J.J. Al-Thani is the Vice Chairman for Doha Group, a group with diversified operations in civil construction, real estate, investment in financial sector, business management consultancy and other seven operations sectors operating in Qatar and USA. Mohammed Falah have had his business experience through his current and previous roles as, member of the board of directors of Al Ahli Bank, member of the board of directors of Dar Exchange, and Chairman of Peninsular Venture Group, member of the board of directors of Al Ijarah.
Despite his young age, Mohammed Falah was able to become one of the most outstanding Qatari Businessmen who achieved a good reputation nationally and internationally. He believes that private companies have a major role to play in managing private economic enterprises, not only in Qatar but also in most other countries.
Mohammed Falah holds his college degree from University of Durham UK. In addition to his role in Doha Group management as family office, Mohammed Falah is a former investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and has gained additional experience in government sector through his previous role at QIA (Qatar Investment Authority).
